“Empowering people to become the best versions of themselves is my passion in life.”

- Virginia Jreisat, LCPC

After earning her Master’s in Counseling from Northwestern University and gaining experience in residential therapeutic programming, private practice and executive coaching settings, Virginia founded JANUS Code in 2022. She did so with the belief that something more was needed—an integrative space that reflects the complexity of the human experience and the need for new approaches to progress and success.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Life Coach, Virginia brings together the structure of evidence-based therapy with the forward-momentum of coaching to support lasting transformation. Over the past eight years, she has chosen to specialize in individual psychotherapy and life coaching for emerging adults and professionals—those standing at the crossroads of identity, independence, and direction. Inspired by the duality of Janus, her work centers on helping clients reflect on where they’ve been while actively shaping where they’re going.

Many of the individuals Virginia supports are navigating delayed independence—including both neurodiverse and neurotypical young adults—working to overcome stagnation and build the momentum needed to launch into adulthood. Whether it’s establishing autonomy, creating developmentally appropriate routines, building a secure sense of self, or learning how to form healthy boundaries and relationships, she offers informed and compassionate guidance through these pivotal transitions.

Additionally, Virginia previously served as a clinical consultant and coach with Intent Clinical, where she supported workforce well-being and organizational performance through holistic, discreet, and adaptive mental health solutions. Working with clients across industries and regions, she partnered with HR, wellness, and benefits teams to respond to real-time needs and elevate employee engagement, resilience, and retention. This work deepened her commitment to creating psychologically informed spaces not just for individuals, but also for teams, organizations, and families.

Drawing on that foundation, Virginia expanded JANUS Code to include corporate retreats and professional consultation services. Through a partnership with Breakwater Expeditions, she spearheaded the first-ever JANUS young adult retreat in Costa Rica—a transformational in-person experience blending coaching, nature-based exploration, and community support for clients navigating life transitions. As a result, she now co-leads customized experiences for corporate teams and families that integrate leadership development, communication training, and connection through experiential learning and therapeutic guidance.

JANUS Code now offers both retreat-style accommodations with curated lodging and structured workshops, as well as activity-based national and international wilderness retreats that incorporate adventure, movement, and nature immersion—paired with intentional, psychologically informed programming throughout.

Virginia continues to provide consultation and training for organizations looking to strengthen their mental health, coaching, or leadership development initiatives. She specializes in designing and delivering interactive, psychologically informed workshops and strategic consultations that foster emotional intelligence, healthy work cultures, and effective communication. Whether collaborating with nonprofits, startups, or corporate teams, her goal is to deliver structured, practical, and results-driven interventions that promote both personal insight and organizational growth.

At JANUS, Virginia stands as both founder and fellow traveler — helping clients and collaborators alike move from where they’ve been to where they’re meant to go.
