JANUS provides individual and couples psychotherapy, life coaching, neurodiversity-informed coaching and group programs, professional development and consultation for organizations. Each service is tailored to support individuals and systems navigating meaningful transitions.

Therapy is typically appropriate when you're seeking support for mental health concerns, emotional distress, or past trauma. Coaching is more future-focused and goal-oriented, ideal for navigating transitions, building skills, or pursuing personal growth. We’re happy to help you determine the right fit during an initial consultation.

We primarily work with adults (18+) and specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, professionals in transition, couples, and those navigating identity or relational challenges. We also work with small businesses, schools, and residential programs through our consultation and training services.
JANUS is proud to serve all individuals, including those navigating mental health challenges, ASD, LGBTQ+ experiences, and marginalized communities.

Coaching sessions are one hour long and conducted virtually for maximum flexibility and accessibility. Clients typically meet with their coach once per week, but depending on individual needs and goals, sessions may occur up to 2–3 times per week. Frequency and pacing are collaboratively determined to ensure consistent support and meaningful progress.

JANUS does not currently accept insurance for coaching, but we can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan offers it.
For Individual Psychotherapy, JANUS is paneled with BlueCross BlueShield PPO and Blue Choice, United Health Care, Aetna, Humana and Cigna.
Coaching and consultation services are private pay only.

Yes. At JANUS, we value a team-based approach and are happy to collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, educators, healthcare providers, and family members when appropriate and with client consent. This allows us to provide holistic, coordinated care that supports the client’s growth across all areas of life.

Individual coaching offers one-on-one support tailored to your personal goals, while our group programs provide a structured, shared space for learning, skill-building, and community. Both are designed to foster insight, accountability, and meaningful progress.

We offer customized trainings and consultation on topics such as neurodiversity, mental health, executive functioning, work-life balance, and inclusive practices. We work with residential programs, schools, businesses, and teams to improve systems, communication, and staff well-being.

JANUS provides services virtually and in-person (where available) depending on the nature of the service and your location. Some group programs and training events are also offered online for accessibility and flexibility.

All JANUS coaches have either completed or are currently enrolled in graduate programs pursuing Master’s degrees in Counseling or Social Work. In addition to their academic training, all coaches are Certified Life Coaches through the Life Coaching Institute and receive weekly supervision from Virginia Jreisat, LCPC. This ensures that every client benefits from informed, ethical, and high-quality coaching grounded in both theory and practice.
